The view of the city from the property was mesmerizing. It felt like being in the middle of a bustling miniature city, with all the twinkling lights and the energy of the streets below. It added an extra touch of magic to my stay.

Inadequate room maintenance.

I keep coming back for the best stay. Friendly staff gave me the perfect local taxi tip. This place has it all - Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, 24-hour room service, and more. Couldn't ask for more. Coming back for a trip!

The restaurants and bars are perfect for catching up with friends over food and cocktails. The outdoor pool and 24-hour front desk were handy. Expect an exceptional experience here.

Loved having no pets or service animals allowed. So boring, right?

If you are searching for a hotel located near the World Trade Center or the Museum of the Future, this is the perfect choice. With its proximity to the sea, you can enjoy the beautiful view while having breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped; the staff is helpful and welcoming; and the breakfast buffet is delicious and varied.

Although the hotel is new and designed in a modern way, there were few maintenance problems in the room, such as faulty switches and lamps that were not working.

Upon arriving at Courtyard By Marriott World Trade Centre, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. Despite our early 9am arrival, we were able to check into our rooms without any delay, thanks to the amazing staff, namely Esther, Jess. The cleanliness and comfort of the newly built property exceeded our expectations. The helpful and respectful staff members, such as Priya, Vinod, Rashid, Bipin. The hotel's location was convenient, being near the metro and various attractions. our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We will definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future.

Although the shower pressure was a bit low, it was a minor issue. Additionally, having a small convenience store inside the hotel would have been convenient for purchasing snacks and personal items.

Travelling alone, I enjoyed the warm welcome from the Lion himself and the exceptional level of courtesy from Raj and the front desk staff. The clean and modern interiors, great amenities, and delicious food at the restaurants were all highlights of my stay. The location near attractions and the convenience of the Dubai World Trade Center Metro Station made it easy to get around. a fantastic experience!

Wish there was more variety in the tea/coffee maker options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, located in a very convenient area that is near everything we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the clean and spacious room that we stayed in. The staff was exceptional, always willing to help and making sure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Transportation was never a hassle - we were able to easily move around this city due to the hotel's location not far from the international airport and its proximity to attractions like the world trade center.

Housekeeping staff, particularly Sukhwant, maintained spotless rooms. Location convenient for accessing DWTC.

It would have been even better if there were more options for senior-friendly activities.

We had an amazing time staying here! Everything was great, from the location to the service. There were many options for dining and shopping nearby, and the hotel itself had so many amenities like car hire, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the spa and rooftop pool, which were both very relaxing. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

I had requested a special card to be placed in my room for a Christmas occasion, but it was not done as requested.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides modern, versatile facilities with free in-room WiFi, a 24-hour gym, and a business center. The meeting rooms were well-equipped, allowing me to stay connected with work and family effortlessly.

One service that I missed for my work was the speed of the in-room WiFi, as it was a bit slow for my business needs.
